BARTOW, Fla. – A 21-12 months-old Wintertime Haven man was killed in a two-motor vehicle crash in Polk County when a motor vehicle pulled into the route of his motorbike, deputies mentioned.
Authorities mentioned Blake Adam Gilmore died in the wreck, which happened all around 6 p.m. Monday at the intersection of Condition Highway 60 and Outdated Connersville Street in close proximity to Bartow.

The Polk County Sheriff’s Place of work said its preliminary investigation displays that 32-yr-old Brittany Younger, of Bartow, was driving a beige 2010 Chevrolet Malibu, with two passengers, on Previous Connersville Highway and crossed S.R. 60 east, traveling straight into the route of Gilmore, who was driving a crimson and black 2016 Suzuki 600 motorcycle.
Gilmore, who was wearing a helmet, was ejected from his motorcycle when the automobiles collided, deputies mentioned. He was pronounced lifeless at the scene.
Youthful was taken to a healthcare facility wherever she was addressed and released with minor injuries, officers explained.
The automobile travellers, 30-12 months-old Christopher Moore and 29-calendar year-old Anthony Spurlock, both equally of Bartow, had been unhurt, according to the sheriff’s office environment.
Deputies reported they uncovered Spurlock and Moore, who was carrying a backpack belonging to Gilmore, strolling absent from the crash.
Sheriff’s officers mentioned Moore admitted to deputies that he stole the backpack from the crash web site.
Moore was arrested on rates of petit theft and tampering with evidence and was taken to the Polk County Jail.
Westbound S.R. 60 was closed for about four hours.
